 | | Sustainability Appraisal/Strategic Environmental Assessment (SA/SEA) Scoping Report The SA Scoping Report is the first stage of the SA/SEA process and sets the context for the SA and SEA of the LDP. The SA will test the LDP for its effect on the environmental, social and economic aspects of the County. The Council is keen to receive feedback via consultation with all interested persons and groups on the appropriateness of the approach set out in the Scoping Report.
