The first stage of the LDP process is the production of the Delivery Agreement. The Delivery Agreement outlines the proposed Community Involvement Scheme and sets out the timetable for the preparation of the LDP.
The Delivery Agreement (DA) has been agreed with the Welsh Assembly Government and is available for inspection at libraries and customer service centres throughout the County and by clicking on the Delivery Agreement link above. The Local Order commencing the Local Development Plan provisions of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 for the Carmarthenshire County Council has been confirmed. Copies of the Order can be viewed from the External Links.
Revised Delivery Agreement - October 2010
A revision to the Delivery Agreement timetable has been formally agreed by the Council and by the Welsh Assembly Government. The revised Agreement sets out the timetable for the preparation of the LDP and outlines the Community Involvement Scheme.
