Delivery Agreement 

Revised Delivery Agreement - August 2013
 
Following the agreement of the Welsh Government, the Delivery Agreement timetable in respect of the Carmarthenshire Local Development Plan has been revised.  The revised Delivery Agreement incorporates amendments to the timetable for the production of the LDP through to adoption and is available in the Downloads section to the right of this page.

Copies are also available for inspection at the locations listed on the public notice which is available to view here.


The first stage of the LDP process is the production of the Delivery Agreement. The Delivery Agreement outlines the proposed Community Involvement Scheme and sets out the timetable for the preparation of the LDP.

The Delivery Agreement (DA) has been agreed with the Welsh Assembly Government and is available for inspection at libraries and customer service centres throughout the County and by clicking on the Delivery Agreement link above.  If you wish to be included on the direct mailing database, to be kept updated on the progress of the LDP, then please click on the following link: Direct Mailing Group.

In addition, the Report detailing the consultation process undertaken during preparation of the DA can be viewed in the Downloads area above. 

The Local Order commencing the Local Development Plan provisions of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 for the Carmarthenshire County Council has been confirmed. Copies of the Order can be viewed from the External Links.

Revised Delivery Agreement - October 2010

A revision to the Delivery Agreement timetable has been formally agreed by the Council and by the Welsh Assembly Government. The revised Agreement sets out the timetable for the preparation of the LDP and outlines the Community Involvement Scheme.

The revised Delivery Agreement is available for download in the Downloads section to the right of this page.

Hard copies can also be viewed at the Council’s Customer Service Centres, Planning Offices and Public Libraries during normal opening hours.
